Veterans & First Responders

Our Knights of Columbus Council honors our defenders, veterans, first responders, their families and those in need. We do this by creating and supporting unique programs designed to support them.

Our efforts have encompassed  financial and food donations, wheelchair delivery, and Catholic Mass acknowledgment of their special service to their community in their Towns and Our Country.

We help change the lives of our Veterans with disabilities at local VA Hospitals and facilities by having your council donate at least $150 for a wheelchair. Through partnerships, councils can also purchase a large number each year to support them. We also donate to our local first responders, and acknowledge them at a Blue Mass remembering departed service members and praying for active and retired members for their important service to our community.
