Support for Seminarians

Founded by a parish priest, Fr. Michael J. McGivney, the Knights of Columbus has always worked hard to encourage young men to consider God’s call to service in the priesthood. 

The Knights of Columbus Council and with the Westchester Putnam Chapter administers two important charitable efforts: One for men in the first four years of theology studying for the Catholic priesthood; and the Second is the financial support by its annual Fundraiser Dinner to our local Seminary, St. Josephs in Yonkers, NY. The Knights important support, as well as intentional prayers,  has helped many young men over the years pursue their call to the priesthood.
